Megan Johnson
Megan Johnson is the Director of Substance Abuse Services. She also is a notary public.
Megan Johnson became director of substance abuse after working over 10 years in community
based as a mental health skill builder, crisis counselor, behavioral health technician for ID/DD
population, adult mental health case manager, substance abuse case manager, and,
substance abuse facilitator.
Megan received her Bachelor’s from THEE Virginia State University with a major in
Interdisciplinary Services and minor in Community Based. She also has a masters degree in
Human Resources. Megan is currently registered as a QMHP-A and CSAC Supervisee.
Megan is currently overseeing the Substance Abuse division of the company in which we offer
ASAM 1.0 (Substance Abuse Outpatient Therapy), ASAM 2.1 (Substance Abuse Outpatient
Program), ASAM 2.5 (Partial Hospitalization Program), and ASAM 3.1 (Substance Abuse
Residential Program).
Megan is caring and willing to assist those to the best of her ability whether they are individuals
that she is working with or her teammates. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her
two dogs Lulu and Theo, hanging out with friends and family, as well as relaxing and enjoying a
good show/ movie.
