CharRae Jordan

CharRae Jordan is the Director of Outpatient Services and Intensive In-home Services with Trinity Care. Jordan earned her Master’s in Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jordan has dedicated herself to working in community-based services for over 16 years with several agencies to include Hampton-Newport News Community Service Board, Family Restoration, Another Level Youth and Family Services, REACH Mobile Crisis Counseling and Virginia Premier. Jordan’s theoretical approaches used are Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Integrative Therapy. She specializes in working with children and adults with serious emotional disturbances, serious mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Jordan believes every family has the potential to heal beyond tragic events, trauma, or grief. When families display dysfunctional behaviors and lack cohesion, she strives to support them with getting back on the right track. She gains a sense of gratitude supporting families with realizing their best potential, maintaining stability, and gaining happiness and contentment.
