Sierra Montz

Sierra Montz has a Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Clinical Social Work. She received her Bachelor’s in 2019 from Salisbury University in Social Work. Sierra is currently Master Social Work Clinical Supervisee working toward full licensure.

Sierra has years of experience working in behavioral health providing direct care to children, adolescents, teens, adults, and families as a mental health skill-builder and intensive in-home counselor.

Sierra started as a Qualified Mental Health Professional with Trinity Care in 2021. She provides a combination of community-based and Outpatient therapy services to children and adults. Sierra utilizes various evidence-based treatment modalities to fit the needs of each client including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Play Therapy.

When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, exploring the RVA restaurant scene, and hanging out with family, friends, and dog.
